How to apply for NEET 2020? NTA interprets the process step by step
The NEET 2020 application form includes 4 steps. They register, complete an application form, upload documents and pay fees. The only mode of the application is online, and NTA will not accept such requests or requests offline.
NTA said all candidates can take the NEET 2020 exam by logging in to ntaneet.nic.in.
Before logging in, candidates must make some preparations.
First, prepare for the five documents needed to download on the NEET 2020 application form; the most recent passport size photo, 4 x 6-inch postcard image, signature, left thumbprint and a 10-class pass certificate. The numerical versions, respectively, are from 10 to 200 KB, from 50 to 300 KB, from 4 to 30 KB, from 10 to 50 KB and from 100 to 400 KB.
Along with this, a high school exam certificate and proof of identity to which details and spelling of names can be transmitted, identification numbers must also be at hand.
Then go to ntaneet.nic.in and go to the application form.
The first step in completing the application form is to register. To register, enter your name, mother's name, father's name, date of birth, telephone number, email address and postal address complete with the PIN code. When registering, also enter identification information such as aadhaar, class list number 12, EPIC number, fee card, bank account passport with photo, passport number.
Then, step two is to complete the application form. Enter the category, nationality, state code, UT code, PWD status, choice of test cities, question documents, academic details, single-child status, minority status, parent/guardian or parent details.
Then, the third step in completing the NEET 2020 application form is to load the scanned images.
The fourth and final step is to pay the application fee and the print confirmation page. The available modes are Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI.
Finally, the Create Confirmation page confirms the submission of the application form. NTA has requested to keep at least 4 copies of the confirmation page.
NTA accepts applications for the only medical admission exam in India from today, December 2, 2019, and beyond until December 31, 2019. However, the deadline for payment of the fee is January 1, 2020.
There is a 6-7% increase in application fees compared to the last time. This time, the nominated fees are Rs 1500, Rs 1,400 for the general staff of EWS and OBC NCL, and Rs 800 for SC, ST, PWD, and transgender candidates. Service and GST charges of up to 18% will be added.
NTA will issue the NEET 2020 application form today, at 4 pm. The main testing agency has already issued an informational brochure on the admission test for eligibility on the official website ntaneet.nic.in, with details of the steps to follow. The 15 students who are preparing to take the NEET UG exam can first understand the steps and then submit the application.
Candidates should also consult the application form to understand what they write on the form. But even after all precautions, if mistakes are made inadvertently, they can be corrected while correcting the model that will be available from January 15 to 31, 2020.
Based on the details entered on the form only, NTA will create and issue acceptance cards for applicants and will provide the same video ntaneet.nic.in from March 27, 2020, onwards. The National Examination Agency (NTA) will conduct NEET 2020 on May 3, 2020. With the abolition of AIIMS and JIPMER, this is the only medical admission exam for admission to undergraduate courses in dentistry, dentistry, and Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, homeopathy.
